When Atlanta listeners need the very latest information, they turn to veteran Star 94 News Director Rob Stadler on the STAR 94 Morning Show.

Born in Shelby, OH, Rob began as a sportswriter for the town paper and made the switch to radio upon graduating from high school. After stops at stations in Columbus, OH and Miami, FL, Rob came to Atlanta in 1987.

He's been named Atlanta's Best Newscaster by the Achievement in Radio Awards nine times. He has also won numerous Associated Press honors and two prestigious Edward R. Murrow Awards, including one for his on-the-scene coverage of Eric Rudolph’s 1997 bombings in Sandy Springs.

Rob and his wife Christine have 10-year-old twin girls, Audrey and Caroline, and a 6-year-old daughter, Ashley. The family lives in the new city of Sandy Springs.
