This web site (the "Site") is operated by WSTR FM (“Operator”), a division of Lincoln Financial Media Company of Georgia. The following Privacy Statement (the "Statement") supplements the Terms of Use posted elsewhere at the Site. You should read the Statement and the Terms of Use before you use the Site. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by all of the terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced herein. You should review the Statement from time to time. Operator may change the Statement at any time by posting revisions to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the revised Statement. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Statement, you must exit the Site immediately.
The Site is not directed to, or intended for use by, children (defined as anyone age thirteen or younger). We strictly adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and will not knowingly register or otherwise collect personally identifiable information from any child under the age of 13 without the prior verifiable consent of that person’s parents or guardian.
There are two general types of information that can be collected as a result of your use of the Site: (1) Personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, telephone number and email address); and (2) aggregate information (such as your IP address – a number used to identify your computer when you are on the Internet – or the type of browser you are using).
To join our site's A-List, users are required to give us the following contact information: first name, last name, e-mail address, street address, city, state, zip code, and telephone number. All other information requested is optional.
Contact information from the A-List registration forms is used as a database for our company. The listeners' contact information is also used by our company to send promotional material about station clients, artist information and sponsor information to our listeners and to get in touch with the listeners when necessary via e-mail, phone, and/or hard mail.
The following A-List policy demonstrates our intent and commitment to protect members' rights online.
A. Profile information will be used to create personalized content, service and advertisement on the A-List. WSTR may also use your profile to generate aggregate reports and market research. The reports are used to give demographic information to our advertisers and prospective advertisers about our listeners. No personal information is given out to any third party. The reports are used to attract advertisers to our E-Mail Newsletters and web site.
B. Profile data stored by the A-List has been entered by the respective member.
C. WSTR also collects profile data from listeners at events, appearances and from contests.
D. A-List communications are intended to only be accessible by WSTR designated recipients, which include the WSTR personnel involved in the maintenance of the system.
Our policy regarding our members' personal information is as follows; WSTR will not disclose, sell or rent any of the registration information you provide without giving you notice and an opportunity to refuse disclosure. While WSTR does make every effort to keep you information secure and not given to any third party, please keep in mind that information sent over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Our e-mail provides users the opportunity to unsubscribe from the receiving promotional/marketing information from us and/or our clients.

WSTR will conduct contests on the web site that require filling out separate web registration forms and providing us with name, e-mail address' and other personal information. Contact information from the contests is used to pick a winner or winners of the contest. The customers' contact information is also used to get in touch with them when necessary. The information is not given to any third party members.
Your personal information will be included into STAR 94’s listener database and you may receive correspondence from STAR 94, electronic or otherwise. You will be provided the same opportunity to unsubscribe as you do on the STAR 94 A-List. Other companies also may sponsor promotions, contests or sweepstakes running on the WSTR web site. These companies may choose to collect personal information from you. If you do not want your information collected by these sponsors, you can decide not to participate in the promotion, contests or sweepstakes. If you do choose to participate, the sponsor could use your information to disseminate additional information to you directly.
Personally Identifiable Information. Certain features available at the Site will require you to submit personally identifiable information about yourself ("Personal Information") as a condition of participation. Operator will offer some of the features, while third parties will offer others. (For example, you may be required to submit Personal Information in order to enter an online contest conducted by Operator, or you may be required to submit Personal Information in order to receive news updates by email from a third party news source.) In addition, Operator may ask you to provide Personal Information for purposes unrelated to the use of a feature at the Site. In all cases, you can always refuse to provide Personal Information, but this may result in decreased functionality of the Site for you and limit your ability to receive information about products or services that may be of particular interest. In general, the use of Personal Information you choose to submit to a third party in connection with your use of the Site will be controlled by the privacy practices of the third party and not this Statement.
Aggregate Information/Cookies. Operator and third parties will collect aggregate information through the use of "cookies" or by other electronic means. In general, a cookie is a small amount of data sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. With most browsers or other software, you can erase cookies from your computer hard drive, block all cookies or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. You can refer to the instructions for your browser to learn more about these functions. If you choose to reject cookies, the Site will not operate as efficiently for you.
The Site may include forums (such as message boards and chat rooms) that enable users to communicate with each other. Operator will not moderate or edit the forums and will not be responsible for the content or use of any material posted on any forum at the Site. Operator retains the right to delete at any time and for any or no reason any material posted at the Site.
