Defense rests without Hemy Neuman taking the stand (VIDEO)
Hemy Neuman’s defense team rested their case in the Dunwoody daycare murder trial Thursday without putting Neuman on the stand.
Neuman's attorneys say he was insane when he shot and killed Russell Sneiderman in November 2010.
They questioned a third mental health expert who says Neuman suffered from bipolar disorder and psychosis during the shooting and didn't know right from wrong.
Prosecutors and defense attorneys believe Neuman was having an affair with Andrea Sneiderman. She has denied allegations they were involved in an inappropriate relationship.
Neuman could face life in prison if he's found guilty of the shooting.
