WATCH: Second 'Eagle Cam' installed at Berry College

Workers have installed a second 'eagle cam' — this one with sound — to give bird viewers a new angle of a bald eagle nest at Berry College.

A live online video stream from the bald eagle nest at the northwest Georgia college has attracted a huge global audience. The video shows the daily activities of the two adult bald eagles and their attempts to raise a family.

The Rome News-Tribune reports that the second camera was installed above the nest on Tuesday and can record sounds.

Georgia Power crews maneuvered a lift more than 100 feet above the ground, moving in between pine boughs to install the new equipment.

The public can watch the eagles 24 hours a day at www.georgiawildlife.com/BerryEagleCam and on Berry College's website (www.berry.edu/eaglecam).
