Three people died in a house fire overnight in southwest Atlanta.
Firefighters were searching for a fourth person. The fire broke out just after 2 a.m. at the brick, split-level branch home on Revere Road.
A storm cell packed with lightning had moved through the area at the time. Some neighbors believe a nearby tree was struck and the bolt traveled to the house.
The area west of I-285 is about 11 miles southwest of downtown Atlanta.
Crews remain at the scene on Tuesday morning.
