10 Healthy Road Trip Snacks

Keep your travel treats light and healthful! Whether you're traveling alone, with friends, or with family, these snack ideas are designed for easy grabbing, and will help steer you away from fast food stops along the way.

Solo snacks: Pack these easily accessible snacks that don't require help from someone in the passenger seat:

1- Grape tomatoes: A no-mess, grab-and-go treat, and one you can reach your hand in the bag for over and over.

2- Plain popcorn: Unbuttered popcorn is an easy grab snack that won't stain your clothes.

Group snacking: It can be hard when you're traveling with a group who prefer some high-cal road treats, the trick is to plan and pack ahead!

1- Flavored Popcorn: Popcorn sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and/or paprika... a bit more messy than plain, so a napkin assistant is helpful!
