Oprah will announce today that she has decided to end her talk show. Oprah will not be renewing her very lucrative contract and is set to change the landscape of television with her departure. She is expected to make the announcement on The Oprah Winfrey Show. The show will end on September 9, 2011, after 25 years on the air.
It seems Audrina Patridge from The Hills has found a new boyfriend. Audrina was seen getting close to Glee's Mark Salling at a club in LA on Wednesday night! The two were inseparable at the Us Weekly Hot Hollywood party. The two spent 45 minutes whispering into one another's ear and laughing. Mark and Audrina both left before 11pm with their respective friends as their cars followed one other into the night.

Martha Stewart isn’t a big fan of Rachel Ray. In an upcoming interview with Nightline when asked about Rachael Ray she said: "Well, to me, she professed that she cannot bake. She just did a new cookbook which is just a re-edit of a lot of her old recipes. And that's not good enough for me." Martha said that a cookbook should be "a unique and lasting thing. Something that will really fulfill a need in someone's library." She says that Rachael's approach "is different" and that she is "more of an entertainer…with her bubbly personality, than she is a teacher, like me. That's not what she's professing to be." So was Rachael mad? She said: "Why would it make me mad? Her skill set is far beyond mine. That's simply the reality of it…that doesn't mean that what I do isn't important too…I don't consider it needling. I really just think she's being honest. Robert Pattinson has admitted in an interview that he would consider doing nudity for a role, if the role was right for him. He said: “I think it would depend on what it is. And I don’t think a lot of people would really want to see that. I think it would ruin the illusion!”
Lindsay Lohan reportedly threw another tantrum revolving around not paying for things at the launch of Jermaine Dupri's new watch line, NuPop, at Kitson boutique in LA late last week. Jewelry designer Pascal Mouawad, who collaborated with Jermaine Dupri on the project, offered Lindsay $500 to spend in the store and she promptly upped the ante to $1,000 - even though she was already being paid for attending the launch to begin with. There’s been all sorts of noise coming from Britney Spears' and some Tweets about this amazing new Iphone app of hers and yesterday, it was finally unveiled. The app has several features, including a "Be Britney's Dancer" feature that places your face over one of Britney's dancers and something called "the Sparkler" that you're suppose to activate when you go to a Britney concert. It sparkles. Oh, it also yells out "It's Britney, b#$@h!" when you shake your phone and gives you updates on what's going on with Britney.
In a statement that was released, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were cut from their appearance yesterday on the Today show to promote their book, How to Be Famous: Our Guide to Looking the Part, Playing the Press, and Becoming a Tabloid Fixture. A rep for The Today Show said, "Due to a change in the show's schedule, we had to cancel the interview with Spencer and Heidi Pratt".

Oprah has publicly apologized to Robin Givens for an interview she had with Mike Tyson back in October. Mike told Oprah's audience that he wanted to "sock [Robin]" after an interview Robin gave to Barbara Walters, which the audience nervously laughed at. Robin was on Oprah last week, and discussed her frustration with Oprah's lackadaisical attitude towards her interview with Mike. She said, "I wouldn't be honest if there wasn't a part of me that wanted you to go, when he said, 'Oh, I've socked her before…' 'That's not right.' And it wasn't right, it was painful". "He can say whatever about me… but there are so many women like me, in my situation, that I just feel when there is this laughter, if you are in that situation out there, it kind of lightens it." Oprah told Robin she believed the audience laughed because they were uncomfortable with the situation, but still offered Robin an apology.
